Q. What is Concrete Hermit?
A. Concrete Hermit is a gallery that shows the work of artists whose work fits in and around and between the fields of illustration, graphic design and fine art. Concrete Hermit also produces books, T-shirts and prints in collaboration with artists. We sell other books, magazines and products that we like.

Q. Is Concrete Hermit a collective?
A. No. We work with people we like, but we do not work as a collective. Concrete Hermit projects and exhibitions are curated by Chris and the team.

Q. How long have you been going?
A. I'm rubbish with anniversaries and birthdays, but lets say since about 2004

Q. When did you open the Gallery?
A. Our first exhibition in the gallery space was in October 2007

Q. Who did your website?
A. We made it ourselves

Q. Will you tell me where I can get your stuff like yours made/ printed?
A. No. Do the research yourself you lazy person!

Q. Will you print/ make/ exhibit my work?
A. We get asked to look at a lot of work, and that's great. We can't promise that we can work with everyone, but it is always good to see new stuff so please do get in touch we'll do our best to give you some feedback but please don't be annoyed if we're too busy.

Q. Can I hire out the gallery for a show?
A. As a rule no. All our exhibitions are curated by us, although for special projects we may be able to make exceptions. Please be aware that the gallery program is decided at least 3-6 months in advance.
