This page states the terms and conditions under which you use the http://www.concretehermit.com/ website. Any use of this website means that you agree to them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions or have any questions regarding our conditions please contact us at : info@concretehermit.com before placing any orders. By placing an order with us you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ensure orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day - sometimes, although rarely, it can take up to 3 days. If there is any kind of delay we will let you know. You will receive an email when you place an order specifying when your order will be shipped.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries but if you are unsure, add an item to the cart/basket and check for your country in the drop-down menu at the checkout. The Checkout will also calculate the shipping cost.
UK Shipping:
We ship via available royal mail methods. We will do our best to get your order out to the post within 3 days of your order. If you want to track your order be sure to select a method that allows tracking.
Special delivery items are only guaranteed to arrive the day after dispatch - in certain situations this is not the same day as the order is placed. If an order is for a gift or it is essential to receive it within a certain time frame please let us know and we will give it special attention.
International Shipping:
International shipping via Royal Mail signed for service. Estimated delivery time is 2 -4 days for Europe and 3 – 6 days for Rest of World. If you are an international customer, you may be charged taxes and duties by the customs of your country. This is outside of our control and we are unable to give you an estimate.
How much will it cost?
You can get an estimate of the shipping and tax for your order on the cart page and during checkout
RETURNS & EXCHANGES :
Subject to stock availability, to make things as simple as possible, if you are unhappy you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You must contact us for authorisation before returning items.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and all items returned to us are at your own risk so we recommend using a recorded service.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Sale items. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against Sale purchases.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We ensure to check all products for faults and defects before shipping them to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items, which show clear signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, this includes all orginal packaging, tags and labels.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or refund.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY :
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice
MAKING A CONTRACT WITH US :
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this as soon as possible.
Please note that reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. We will notify by email immediately of any such cancellation.
PRIVACY :
All the information you provide to is strictly private and confidential. We do not share any information with third parties. Credit card and payment information is not stored by Concrete Hermit/ and all transmissions of sensitive data is made with a secure encrypted connection. Our website uses Google Analytics which uses a cookie that collects anonymous traffic data.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
