This may already be familiar to you - as it was filmed in 2009 and has been watched more than 720,000 times, but I just re-watched Stefan Sagmeister's very inspiring talk with TED about the power of taking sabbatical breaks to work on personal projects and re-engage with your creativity. Somehow these themes really chimed with me!
